Place into the fridge for later use<br /></font><br /><font size="4">2) Combine the egg yolks and sugar until they turn very pale. Set aside</font><br /><font size="4">3) Using a double boiler method, add the chocolate chips, butter, vanilla extract, and coffee mixture into the bowl.</font><br /><font size="4"><span style="line-height: 21.6000003814697px;">4) Mix until the mixture is nicely melted</span></font><br /><font size="4"><span style="line-height: 21.6000003814697px;">5) Turn off the heat and slowly add the egg yolk mixture</span></font><br /><font size="4"><span style="line-height: 21.6000003814697px;">6) After the mixtures are incorporated together, turn on to medium heat to cook the egg yolks a bit&nbsp;</span></font><br /><font size="4"><span style="line-height: 21.6000003814697px;">7) Let the mixture cool before combining to the next mixture</span></font><br /><font size="4"><span style="line-height: 21.6000003814697px;">8) In another bowl, whip the egg whites until they are light and fluffy, with soft peaks</span></font><br /><font size="4"><span style="line-height: 21.6000003814697px;">9) Once the chocolate egg yolk mixture has cooled, lightly the egg whites into the mixture</span></font><br /><font size="4"><span style="line-height: 21.6000003814697px;">10) Lastly, combine the heavy cream to the new mixture</span></font><br /><font size="4"><span style="line-height: 21.6000003814697px;">Place the mousse batter into containers or watch the video to see how I did mine.
